I did it, I quit the gym. Figured what was the point of paying $175.00 a month, to go only twice a week to workout and not see results because i'm not willing to give up alcohol. I am cutting back on drinking daily, instead I'll save it for the weekend and try to only have 2-3 drinks. I'll work out at home when i feel up to it and learn to live with myself the way i am.
