So I stopped logging food for a couple weeks. Not sure why... actually, I know exactly why. I’m a teacher and end of the year and blah blah blah blah excuses.
Started logging again this morning after having a talk with a relative about how hard it is to eat healthy. It reminded me of how I sometimes how to convince my students that speaking in front of others is only hard when you first start. After a while, it starts to feel comfortable and you can do it easily because it doesn’t bother you anymore. Thank goodness for having to teach theatre and public speaking classes to high school students...
