After a rough few weeks I'm starting to feel like I'm back on track. I went to the gym Tuesday, but I overdid it, and I've been too sore to go back.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
