I am not hungry at all today. I had to push myself to have tomato soup for lunch. Like I said in another post my hunger hits me every night about 10:00 pm. If I can make it passed that, I am o k.

Me too - I have been trying to have a decaf coffee ready for late night, or leftovers from dinner. Great job!

I probably drink too much coffee, but when I do get hungry, a cup of coffee helps. Thank you and you are doing a great job also. I have been doing this for 8 days straight. I know it doesn't seem like a long time, but it is for me. lol I am sticking to small portions and so far it is working!

coffee alone is like 5 calories

@amypayne1 1 cup of coffee (8oz) Black is 1 calorie, not 5.
