Been on OWL for two weeks now. Added strawberries, raspberries, and almonds. I'm still happy with my progress, but I have not yet increased my carb count per day. It still is below 20. I really need to focus this coming week on getting all of my needed foundational veggies. I have been home at my parents house which has been making it a little tougher since I don't have my stocked fridge. Next week will be better.
