So my flight landed last night at 8:37pm (was supposed to be 9:58pm, but my flight was cancelled due to maintenance, and long story short, I got on the flight just a little sooner, and apparently not too much different because they think it's fine to do that without compensation, but I digress - what can I do when I take public transit? - yes, I consider flying public transit).

So... now to finish my sentence... and I've been back on eating better since. Today hasn't been super easy, but I've managed to fight off the traditional "after vacation hungries", you know the fact that you're always hungry for a while after you get back from having eaten a ton on vacation?

Still no exercise in, but that's the plan for tomorrow, likely in the evening while we watch Big Brother. I am also going for a massage tomorrow, and it's the first one I've had, so we'll see how that goes, hopefully it goes well.

So I ended up having a good time in Vancouver on vacation... way too much food, including cupcakes (which are not as good as the place at home, which is unfortunate, but something I'll deal with), and once Graydon went home, I managed to survive the accomodations at UBC - no air conditioning? Really? Anyways, I did survive, it took 2 fans and some grumpiness, but I did it. The class went really well. I was lucky that they still have another exam to pass before they write the UFE, so they all actually paid attention in class, which makes it so much easier to teach!
