Had a really good week being strict and protein oriented. Eating less and more intentionally. Yesterday, made one bad decision on a food choice so I need to be more careful when dining out or consider it a treat after an extraordinary week. Finished book on food and God and love.
From book....be aware of why I am eating and what I might be covering up emotionally by eating so much. Guilt and emotional avoidance hurt eating healthy. I am a permitter, so keep in mind that I can rationalize anything I want and this can be a problem at times in my eating habits. I don't believe that I am honoring God or the body He gave me by constantly indulging and overeating.
