心得:身體很不舒服,食不下嚥。

Water intake: 3000 ml
Breakfast: 1 chicken salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 fried egg; 1 small cup espresso
Lunch: 1 chicken salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 fried egg; 1 small cup espresso
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour)
Thought: I was feeling unwell in the evening and thus couldn't eat anything.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 55.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

好好休息喔~真的不舒服,運動也可以先停個一兩天,減肥重要,身體健康更重要: )

I’m sorry you aren’t feeling well! I hope you feel better soon. 👵🏻 Maybe try a small serving of porridge? Or pea soup? See if it makes you feel better? Make sure your electrolytes are up where they should be...your potassium, magnesium, salt and trace minerals. 🙋🏻‍♀️

怎麼了? 身體健康最重要喔。 真的太累就休息一下,不要太拼。 真的很痛苦😖,記得看醫生喔。。 休息是為了走更長遠的路。

@smprowett, I went to the doctor last morning, and he said these were the symptoms of heat exhaustion. I felt a lot better after I took his advice to take some rest and drink more water. Thank you.
