心得:今天工作非常忙碌,所以沒有運動。早餐店老闆娘居然為我客製油醋醬,超級感動!以後就可以吃美味又健康的沙拉了!萬歲!

Dinner: 0.5 filets salmon; 0.5 cups broccoli; 0.5 cups green string beans; 0.4 enoki mushrooms; 2 tablespoons olive oil
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour)
Thought: I didn't do much exercise today because I was so busy at work (extended hours). I was so happy this morning when the breakfast shop lady told me she had made a special oil vinegar dressing for me. I can eat healthy and flavorful salad from now on. Woo-hoo!
210.1 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your food looks amazing, as always. I really like the lady at the breakfast place!! She must see how great you are looking! It is too bad, when a stranger takes time to say something rude or mean, i will focus on it for days, sometimes even years! But when someone does something kind and nice we forget after a time. Savor the rewards for your hard work! The person you are becoming has earned it!
