It’s been two months of dieting, I have strayed two or three times with mostly avocados that I just can’t say no to.
I’ve lost my target weight of 19 pounds and am at my previous weight where I was before I had gained last year.
So, why am I complaining?
I love all things potato. Chips, mashed, baked, French fries, you name it. I’ve been seriously craving fries and chips for the last couple of weeks.
Tomorrow is grocery day. I never go to the store outside of the designated store day, never have. I hope that I can resist the temptation.
