Always amazed at the calorie density of processed food. Last night I ate a chicken breast, a bunch onions, and couple cucumbers and was stuffed. 500 calories for the whole meal. There was a candy bar on the counter. About the same size at the 23 calorie cucumbers that I ate. It had 550 calories. Amazing!
223.1 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
