I eat light breakfast, semi light lunch n save my calories for big dinners... it does not matter what time u eat... what matters is u don’t eat over ur calories

Rosio19 is right - it's the total amount of calories that counts, not when you eat them. That being said, have you tried different combinations of food (proteing, fats, carbs) over the course of the day so that dinner is more balanced. Rest assured, you got this.

my husband used to sabotage my dinners, but not anymore, some times I eat before him , or when we eat together I eat a huge meal and I just eat a bite of his food at the and that control my cravings

Girl me too...probably because I eat the same thing for breakfast and my lunches are prepped over the weekend. Dinner I’m lucky my mommy still cooks lol I sound like I’m 10 but honestly she cooks and she does weight watchers so it always healthy. I just have no idea how to count it on here lol

So, I prepare a lot of my meats over the weekend, for all my meals, the key is having a thermometer in your fridge and maintaining it at 30 degrees. Also, you have to be rigorous about your goal, even if you know it’s going to get monotonous, it’s your goal and you h s to make sacrifices to see results. Good luck, stick with the easy dinners.
