I've been very depressed for the past few days and I'm pretty sure it has to do with being homesick. I found myself falling into my old ways of binging this evening, but got ahold of myself before it went too far. I hate it when I do things like that and set myself back. I wasn't even hungry and the food didn't taste very good either. I have improved some, though, because normally bouts like this would have gone on and on and back and fourth for days.
I am getting short on time, as my goal is just a little over 3 months away. 30+ pounds is a lot in that amount of time, but hopefully I'll at least be much closer to where I want to be.
Planning what to eat is what will do the most good in the long run, so I need to work on that.
