Today was sugar detox day one of three. No diary or sugar. I felt fine all day but late afternoon about 6:00 pm I was feeling a little shaky. I ate kinda late, but I feel good now after dinner.
Though just was so hungry when I got home from work, and before dinner, instead of choosing something bad, I chose to eat a 1/4 cup of nuts. Good job!
