Well my weight lost is still going good, i still want to stay on the belly fat cure, however i am now having fruit, twice a day. So my plan is to keep my sugar intake under 30 (should be 15), to allow for the fruit, I could just do my own thing and keep my cal intake under 1200. I will keep an open mind, my main goal is to loose weight and feel good doing it. I love fruit in the summer. my belly or waist line has dropped 11 inch since i stated!
