I ran ---- RAN--- on the treadmill today! Granted it was only for 2 minutes at 6 mph, but I haven't ran in 16 or 17 years when I blew my knee out playing softball. I feel so .... ummm....accomplished!

Well done!!!! That is fantastic! Co-incidentally, I, too, ran on the treadmill at 6mph for 2 mins today. First time ever! Such a great feeling of accomplishment considering only 6 months ago, I couldn't manage a walk at 3.5mph!!! :-D
