I really ate too much yesterday. I need to get back on track. Way too many carbs. I must focus on my goals and not the current stressors.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
