1407 kcal Fat: 40.74g | Prot: 75.56g | Carb: 194.00g.   Breakfast: clif black cherry almond , turkey bacon, coffee, hot and spicy v8. Lunch: three cheese ziti marinara smart ones, cheez its. Dinner: land o lakes spreadable butter light, orowheat wheat bread, roasted chicken breast. Snacks/Other: gatorade g2, yoplait yogurt fat free, luna bar for women s'mores, fudge pretzels snackwell's, jiff creamy peanut butter, banana. more...
losing 0.9 lb a week
