Overall, I am happy with this drop.

So, I had a couple of rough patches over the week with food. My wife's stepmother was sick on Mother's Day, so we made up for it on Friday with more Texas Roadhouse. I got a smaller prime rib than the one I had last week, and still gained a pound over the previous day... The next day, my wife and I went to a small ceremony for family up in Prescott and we didn't know there was going to be a lunch reception. They had a very nice chicken and waffles spread with all of the waffle toppings you can want and some fried and breaded chicken tenders (I've never personally had chicken and waffles, but my wife likes it). I said no to anything waffle-related and ended up eating a small amount of the chicken. It was going to be a while before we would be back home to eat, otherwise I probably wouldn't of eaten anything. My wife ended up eating a waffle with all of the topics and she did not feel well on the 2.5 hour drive back home. I'm not upset with my decisions though, as I kept the amount small and still lost some of that prime rib weight the next day.

We're having family stay with us this week (starting tonight through the holiday), so I'm a little stressed on how to maintain the LCHF diet without inviting scrutiny and judgment.

On another note, my clothes are still feeling looser and just about to go down one dress-shirt size. Additionally, I'm finding myself getting fuller at dinner with smaller portions. I still need to work more fibrous vegetables in, but it's a lot better than when I started.

Out of curiosity, does anyone have a good source for LCHF recipes that keep wll for leftovers? Keto cheeseburger meatloaf worked well, but a lot of the stuff we have been making would just not reheat too well (salmon, eggs, etc.). I'm interested to see if anyone has any favorites for leftovers.
