Look at this lunch! I have shrimp lettuce wraps for lunch that I made yesterday. Sauteed peppers and shallots with shrimp. One pound of boiled shrimp became: dinner with broccoli, lunch yesterday of lettuce wraps with peppers and crackers and salad, and lunch today with salad. Dancing tonight. And leaving early today to get some house things done. The rain has made the lawn grow very tall!
