Another low! I'm not sure how much lower to aim for. I have't mentioned that the other main component to the YMCA CDC diabetes prevention program is being active at least 150 minutes per week. Active means exertion levels equivalent to a brisk walk or more. For me, I started taking the dog on 2 mile walks at least 5 times a week. At a 4 mph pace, this takes about 30 minutes per walk, which is the 150 goal. This is added to with skiing, golfing (walk the course), biking and swimming. I have been rigorously tracking those minutes as well as the food. The combo. Of tracking food, weight and active minutes is working well for me. Good luck to all in your journeys.
