makes me sad that is about 60g carbs just in the bread and apple alone :( No idea how people stay under 50g

Dave are we supposed to stay under 50g ... how on earth is that possible?? I rarely have fruit and never have carbs with my evening meal and I struggle to stay under 90gm.

some people stay under 20g.. I hav no idea either. I like bread.. Low carbs apparently makes you lose it faster, i duno. Help

Ha! I am on 260g a day..... at the moment. I will be lowering it down in 2weeks time to 50 a day and reduce each day by 10g to nothing for 2 days. This is normal in bodybuilding to lean out.
