Well, I havent actually started the fat smash diet yet...i have just been cutting portions and eating better foods...been walking up the local mountain, and my husband took me for a vigorous bike ride 2 days ago. not so good the past 2 days but i weighed myself monday and was 210, so far so good, i think i will start the fat smashing either today or tomorrow. FYI i am doing the extreme fat smash diet not the regular one...

You are doing very well. I like the EFS, but have decided to do the FS again and then incorporate the EFS back in. Best of Luck!!
