It's been busy the last few days - no time to prepare snacks, so overall calories lower. Need to get more organised. Quite excited as I'm going to a Japanese Teppanyaki place for lunch with work friends to celebrate a Birthday today - have studied the menu, it'll be interesting to see what I can eat! There's always sashimi and salad...
