Starting my fourth week of counting calories. I am pleased that I have lost 7 pounds. This week I want to find another low calorie receipe. Also, I made Gazpatcho with all my vegetables. Will plan on eating that for dinner. Dinner should always start with soup. It makes you slow down and enjoy what you are eating. One thing I have noticed these past weeks is I have falling in love with flavor again.
