Stretch salad dressing
If I want to make a creamy salad dressing I don't use mayo but plain greek yogurt. It makes it tangy.

Going on my third week of counting calories

I'm going on my third week of counting calories. I haven't been real active because its been over 100 degrees the last week. So far I have lost 4 pounds. My main motivation is i'm tired of my clothes being too tight. The main thing I eat in the morning is greek yougurt with 3 tablespoons of pumpkin-flax granola. The yougurt has 16 grams of protein so I don't feel hungry.
