Fabulous.
A plateau.
My immediate impulse this morning was to say "eff it, I don't care," and get Mickey D's breakfast and starve for lunch, but I've worked so hard to get into ketosis that I couldn't make myself throw all that effort away.

I had a bulletproof chai with stevia for breakfast and I've got some other stuff planned for lunch.

Dinner's not going to go well. 6 ounces of steak, jumbo shrimp, and crab meat. I might skip the crabmeat and have an egg to go with my other sides of avocado and broccoli. We're having company, so it's going to be slightly weird to make myself something different to eat, but whatever. I need to stay on plan.

I want to stay on plan.

In other news, bulletproof chai is so good. I did not think that I'd ever be a person who is truly happy to drink my breakfast, but whaddya know? I'm perfectly happy to drink my breakfast, and not a sugary smoothie either. Life's better when you eat a ton of fat and go to the gym and appreciate your breaths.

It's a good day. We're having a good day.
