Actual weigh date July 14, 2012.
Moving, lifting & toting, sweating, is making a difference. Hate doing it alone but that's what I've gotta do, with Joni not talking to me, everyone else working, & Kevin being so unhealthy.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
