Since I've begun working out I've noticed that my tummy fat is actually squishier. I asked my boss about it (she works out a lot) and she said that she thinks that when your fat starts to get swuishier that the fat cells are starting to break down. That sounds right to me when I think about it... does anyone have any comments?
