Trying to keep carbs around 30 per day, I'm not always successful; however, this WOE seems to be working. Daily exercise is a bonus. I love reading everyone's posts. The comments are motivation that keep so many going. This July begins my fifth year recording on FS--A good and worthwhile journey. Keep your journey going everyone, and do not be discouraged.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
