It's been a long week, I'm glad it's coming to a close. I actually have some volume to my voice today, so that's good. I'm hoping to get back into my exercise routine fully next week. I still have some
trouble catching my breath so I'm not going to push things too hard.

I made some chocolate zucchini cookies last night and they are yummy. The kids love them, so I'm sure they will be gone in no time. They are around 60 cals per cookie, so I don't feel too guilty having one, but I just can't go overboard. Tonight I'm going to try to make zucchini fries with our dinner, I'm sure the kids will think they're gross, but I think I'll like them. I've got to get this zucchini used up. I'm trying to stay on a good eating path, so I really need to resist the easy, pre-packaged foods, but I'm finding it hard right now.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm going to have a lazy weekend, and I'm okay with that. TGIF!!
