I now relise i eat to much must control pie hole to reach goal!
324.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You may not be eating too much, just the wrong food choices, provided you are logging everything you eat. No breakfast or lunch and Wendys for dinner is not good.
