My downfall is sweets! sugar free jello saves me usually from this craving.. I've become quite creative with my jello. :)

You know what, its so hard to let go of something so sweet. I'm still in the 2nd day of my phase 1 and boy, i;m glad its okay to take peanut butter. Hi.. Im 42 years old and a mom to 2 boys and 2 girls. I'm a stay at home mom but i get some extras from cooking for others.

Removing that craving for sweets is precisely the objective of Phase 1. Try to follow it to the letter for the first two weeks.

Welcome aboard Jayemsy....You'll find so MUCH *love* and support here...and if you have questions....just journal them and you'll get a LOT of tips and advice on what's working for someone else. Getting through the first 5 or 6 days during the STRICT Phase 1 is prob the most difficult part....it gets easier after that! Best of luck to you and yours.....huggies
