My weight loss is slow but steady. I average just over 1 lb per week. My biggest problem is eating in the evening. Since we usually eat dinner around 5 to 5:15 pm, it is a long time before we go to bed. I do snack, but it would be very easy to go over my calorie limit if I didn't choose wisely. I'm not sure if I should adjust my daily calorie intake down as I approach my goal. Any thoughts or advice on that?
