Every day is a fresh start no matter what. Its not a maybe its a 'you will get this right' it takes time to find a strategy that works for you. You keep trying, you keep striving, as long as you never give up you will win the struggle.  

You can do this.  

you can do it we all believe in you.  

You'll be okay.....you made the first step by starting over !  

Just don't give up :)
