I really want and need to kill my sugar addiction. Tomorrow is day one of my 21 day sugar fast. Today from lunch on I had no sugar.

Dear friend,
I'm not clear on your goal. Are you trying to simply get off your sugar addiction, or are you trying to become healthy, or achieve a normal weight/BMI?

Thanks for asking, the answer is both. I am starting with a 21 day sugar fast to help rid my body of a yeast build up and the addiction to sugar. Then is is my desire to live the rest of my life with a low carb diabetic menu. I also plan to incorporate an excercise regime of treadmill daily, yoga weekly and the noblerex k1 3 times a week, as it is available in the gym studio I am working out in. I'm very new to this site.

I had the same sugar addiction, which was something new for me because i never liked to eat sweets before, i saw how i was gaining weight and i didn't understand why because i was taking sugars from fruit, i did it simple, i started taking Clight a new o calorie Splenda sweetened beverage mix everytime i had a sugar craving and i am loosing 2 pounds per week combined with the Atkins diet. I hope you can try it and works well for you.
