I can't imagine why I have gained weight. I haven't went over my calories or slipped off my healthy eating plan.😢
258.9 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 93.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I generally have to get out my scale and measure carefully when I hit a stall. Hang in there!

So sorry :,( Been there! Usually it is a combo of muscle gain and water weight but if doesn’t go down soon, you might need to think about adjusting your plan. It sucks but as we lose we have to keep making our plan more challenging

I’ve noticed sunburns cause me to retain more water, hopefully you’ve just had fun in the sun.

it's only water...!! chill!! PMS could rock me 5 or 6 pounds, along with the discomfort of bloating- the cravings for sweets or potato chips or fries! a week later everything would be stable again. Consistency is more important in the long run, and if you're losing weight, it takes 2 years of maintenance weight to reset the metabolism so the brain won't think you're starving! you're doing great!

Any number of reasons. After I work out, weightlifting, I generally gain three pounds or so. Or for a woman her monthly cycle causes her to gain weight. Your body is a complex mechanism and does what it needs to do to keep you healthy (as best it can). Look for longer trends than a daily scale measure, and also use other measurements, like how your clothes are fitting or a tape measure. Good luck!
