I was almost afraid of this weigh in number. I have been eating so little the past few days due to moving and a coming home late. I fear the big loss this week may have been attributed to that. I hope that now that I'm resuming eating normally (around 1200 calories) that I'll still be able to lose (or at least mantain) weight. I must admit, the number feels great. I wanted to get under 300 by the end of the month. I haven't been at that weight since I was a freshman in college about 10 years ago. Let's see how this week goes. Have a blessed Sunday buddies!

Great job!!! That is amazing. You are doing so well! I try to stay around 1200 as well and it is definitely do-able.

Thanks ladies! Aphrodite...I never thought it would be do-able, but it sooo is! I just make sure it's food I enjoy eating and still healthy. :)

WTG!! You Inspire! I am just sitting here thinking....I need to see this like an adventure, make it exciting, get excited wondering what my next loss will be. I want to make working out my addition instead of food!

Thanks Kimber. This is definitely an adventure! We're changing our lives here! Everything will be different and I'm excited to see the much healthier and happy me. I can't wait to see it in all of my FS buddies too! :)
