Ok everyone I made the pancakes this morning for breakfast and really tasty!! No problem with the taste of the almond flour for me. Hubby liked them too. So I skipped lunch today so I could have a piece of my low carb choc cake tonight and not too bad. The only thing I don't like about it, is the aftertaste of the stevia. Otherwise at 5.7 carbs per piece, it does not bother me. I did add a couple of raspberries and a squirt of redi whip and gobbled it up.mmmmmmm Also the zucchini kept it really moist. Batter is really thick when you spread it into the pan, but it came out just fine. So all in all I am still sitting at around 30 carb grams for the day. Not too bad! I am still overwhelmed with the change in the belly bloat!! I mean, what a big difference, so quick! And the fact that my feet are like really skinny now is actually funny. Never thought my feet were swollen, but I see them now and I just laugh when I put them into my shoes. Too weird. I hope everyone's day was just peachy. Back to work tomorrow, bummer.
