Pretty good day, woke up super focused & planned out all meals for the day & week. Went to the crossfit location again today & ran 3 miles in 27 minutes which is a new PR for me! the hubs was super pumped to come with & got some rowing and mobility done as well. In the intimacy department we're doing a bit better. Just trying to work on my patience with my kiddos & working on spending quality time with them as well.
