Hurray! It's officially 10kg-down-day. In 8 weeks. Too fast for my liking, but I'm not complaining.
The "secret"? Being organised, committing plenty of time to research on nutrition, and working out hard. Basically turning inventive cooking into my main hobby, closely followed by living in the gym. And most of all, being honest when measuring both food and exercise. Yup, I'm a geek.
