29.6% fat, 50.3% water
After a long evening of trench digging I really fancied a greasy takeaway curry last night - so I cooked one. I even added a whole 5g mustard oil, and deep-fried papadums. Turned out to be 6g fat per serving, but oh it tasted greasy and salty and spicy and takeaway. It was LOVELY.
