1295 kcal Fat: 44.45g | Prot: 37.70g | Carb: 116.17g.   Breakfast: kashi autumn cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, walmart mixed fruit bowl, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: Caesar salad dressing cardini, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), tomato, coffee, broccoli slaw, sweet leaf green tea, omaha steaks gourmet franks. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
