staying at 174 (creeps to 174.5, but oh well). BUT I am staying with my plan. Ohhhh this is tough, BUT I'm not really hungry and I feel I am eating well. Just kind of a pain it won't drop down fast & stay there, lol. I just don't want my body to get use to this weight. I have no more clothes that fit me here and I just don't feel well or at least this time last week I didn't. Today I feel good, just a little down. But that will be ok.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

thank you marshakanady. I was just thinking I want to go home, pull the sheet over my head and sleep but I think instead when I go home I'll see if a friend wants to go for a walk or I'll just go for a walk myself!
