today I weighed in and even though I missed my goal I still feel proud and encouraged because I know that I gave everything I had and was very disciplined this week. I am looking forward to hitting my over all goal. My original goal was VERY ambitious but it was one that I was fully committed to. I WILL, I MUST, I CAN achieve anyting in this life by putting my mind to what I want most and going after it with Unbound courage, character and the faith that I will, I must, and I can.
