i guess maybe the roast last night was more cals than I calculated for. idk. to my knowledge I didn't break my diet yesterday, but oh well. keep going I guess.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe u did have the calories u calculated but it had a lil too much salt, or u have not 💩, or ur time of the month is near, etc. It can be so many things. Just keep going 🙌🏻 don’t let that number drive u
