Slept well. Up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Lost another pound and a half. After meeting went to aldi's and the bilo and iga and home. Angie and Eloise have already called
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
