79.6/130 = 0.612 lb/ "FS day" :)
(Want to lose -.65lb/day or better)

447.4 - 367.8 = 79.6 lb lost since got serious w/ FS.
21+31+31+30+17=130 "FS days" up to/incl OCTOBER 17th :)
455.6 - 367.8 = 87.8 lbs lost overall :)

Had to work out for 3.5 hours & only ate 870 cal out of 3700 RDI, but reached a new low. Happy birthday to me. :)
367.8 lb Lost so far: 87.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
