Net Carbs=13.74g "Gross" Carbs (incl. fiber)=20.44g (final)

68.8/118 = .583 lb/ "FS day" (want to get back to losing -.65lb/day or better) :(
447.4 - 378.6 = 68.8lb lost since got serious w/ FS.
21+31+31+30+4=118 "FS days" up to/incl OCTOBER 5rd :(
455 - 378.6 = 76.4lbs lost overall :(

378.6 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can't burn calories figuratively beating yourself up, brother - reapply yourself... you know what you need to do - 'nuff said.

All diets go up and down. It doesn't matter as long as it's generally in the down direction you remain committed. Don't sabotage yourself, keep working at it; it's just another day in the long run. Keep looking down the road.
