Yeah!

Lost a bit & came in @ 40% of RDI rather than 50+% for a change.

Week really went from "crud" to "OK" at the last minute. Haven't gotten in nearly as much exercise this week because Physical Therapy room was open fewer hours than usual. Each wheelchair lap was has been going very slowly and dragging on and on. Felt blah and felt stalled. Haven't felt "in the zone" not one tiny bit.

Today, however, the scale changed it tune drastically from yesterday & finally gave me some fairly good news. Also, the PT guy made a very rare Sunday appearance so I got some time in on the recumbent elliptical. Happy Happy Joy Joy, me likey Endorphins and Ketones!

Net Carbs=9.63g Carbs=10.53g (final)

Had 1/4cup blueberries mixed with casein protein powder & a touch of sweetener for sort of a room temperature smoothie/pudding-thing. (No blender available here). Felt slightly better. Coincidentally, I later turned down a snack of cheap bologna (with carb fillers in the bologna itself) that had more carbs than the blueberries.

65/100 = .650 lb/ "FS day" :) :)
447.4 - 382.4 = 65lbs (lost since got serious with FS)
21+31+31+17=100 "FS days" up to/incl SEPTEMBER 17th
455-382.4 = 72.6lbs lost overall
382.4 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
